Interesting update at Quick Service restaurants inside the park... Universal has modified their combo options that previously featured milkshakes and replaced it with Single-Serve Coca-Cola freestyle cup instead.

So you can save about ~$0.30 if you opt into the combo versus buying the drink separately.

Edit: Looks like Universal is updating pricing as well... milkshakes at Mel's cost an additional $0.50 now ($7.49 now, was $6.99)

Universal added new sundaes to Chill Ice-Cream at MSHI... think 'Loaded Dole Whips' essentially:

• Pina Colada Sundae - Classic Dole Whip, Coconut Cream, Shredded Coconut & Pineapple Chunks
• Strawberry S'mores - Strawberry Dole Whip, Chocolate Fudge, Marshmallow Fluff, Chocolate Chips & Graham Cracker Crumbs
• Lime Tart - Dole Whip Lime, Caramel, Graham Cracker Crumbs and Whipped Topping

They are each $6.49

Now that most of the Epic Universe food concept/creation is complete, we should see them go back to IOA/USF and redevelop some existing menus.

Now that they've redone the menus for Mel's and Circus McGurkus, I'm curious to see where they may direct their attention next. Comic Strip Cafe is an obvious choice, as well as the restaurants in MSHI. (Would Disney need to approve themed food?)

Hoping they can work on simplifying menus throughout the parks to improve efficiency and quality.

For example, Thunder Falls should only serve a selection of rice bowls. Menu has a bit of clutter and rice bowls are very popular.

At MSHI, I really don't see the need to keep both Cafe 4 & Captain America open. Just close the other and move the TMs to the other to run it better. In a blue sky world, I'd shut Cafe 4 (and the adjacent arcade) and turn it into a new photo op/& lounge area. Keep Captain American Diner (more seating available).

While I'd love Comic Strip Cafe to be completely overhauled... I'd rather they just sit on it until a replacement happens (if it ever does). That's the level of overhaul Comic Strip needs lol

I love the nachos too, but I'd rather have that as a snack option from Watering Hole or another snack stand at the park than a full meal lol

• Dublin Lawyer - lobster and shrimp sauteed with braised leeks, potatoes, roasted garlic, shallots, Irish whiskey cream sauce, toasted sourdough bread
• Red Dragon Bacon Cheeseburger - half pound all beef burger with a fried pickle, red dragon cheddar cheese, bacon, red onion, roasted garlic aioli, lettuce, tomato, toasted bun, pub chips
• Corned Beef and Cabbage - braised corned beef, cabbage, colcannon mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, mustard sauce
• Beer Cheese Soup

Rebranded/Renamed

• The Cobb Salad is now named "The Pub" Salad

The price for existing items stayed the same, however average entree price increased slightly since some of the newer options are slightly more expensive than previous menu items.

Hoping someone can confirm, but I also don't see the soda bread listed anywhere (previously listed as the bread for the chicken sandwiches, but no longer on the menu anywhere. Yes, I know it's been an "off the menu" item for years now)

No changes to drinks, kids meal or dessert.

Now that the culinary team is done with Epic, seems like attention will be back to the parks.

IOA got some decent changes recently, and USF got Minion Cafe... but USF is really lacking. Will be monitoring if other things change.
