Looking at the map it's literally right next to Cabrini Green which is where Candyman is set, so if they don't do that, that's the biggest missed opportunity ever.

Candyman is owned by MGM despite the Peele movie being released by Universal, so if it doesn't happen that would be why.

Might try to wander over in this direction today just to get a sense for the location. It's more convenient than people are giving it credit for but still just isolated enough that it's a little bit of a pain to get to (about 20-30 minutes from most of the notable tourist-y spots on transit, up to an hour from some of the trendier neighborhoods, nowhere near any train lines)

Took a look at the space - the big thing, in my humble opinion, is that it's huge. I don't know if Universal owns the whole building or how much of it will be guest-accessible, but there's seriously a ton of space to work with.
