I was unable to find an existing thread for this, but feel free to take it down and direct me if there is one that I missed!
We are taking our almost-5 year old son to Universal for the first time this coming weekend. He is on the spectrum, and we got approved for him to get the AAP Accessibility pass. This is all done through the mobile app with return times now - but the issue is... the Universal app sucks.
I know it's an option to get a physical pass at guest services as a backup - has anyone ever gotten it from the Citywalk guest services location? We're arriving late Friday night and going to the parks Saturday morning, so I was hoping to run to Citywalk and grab it the night before to avoid the guest services lines in the morning.
Anyone have any experience with this or any tips?
