I like the sound of this. I know Universal used to own the land, but how close is it to the existing resort and how easy would it be to connect should they buy it back? If someone can, a visual would be much appreciated as i'm not too familiar with the Lockheed land.

I assume if Comcast was truly serious about it, they'd probably try and see if Lockheed would be willing to relocate if Universal bought the land (with Comcast paying them out of course).

That's the only scenario I see it working, but it's a damn expensive one.

That's the name listed for most of The actual Universal Resort.

What exactly is for sale? I see that land is all split up amongst Universal City Property Management, Fourth Quarter Properties and Orlando Equity Partners. Is all of that for sale combined or just one portion of that?

Manby came from Herschend, it is privately held. SeaWorld could go back private as well. I'll wait till the November report where Manby said he would give a more detailed look at the future plans he has in mind. SeaWorld has to figure out how to incorporate lodging into it's end of International. That might mean partnerships like Uni and Lowe's with the existing neighboring hotels with whole new rebuilds.
