Definitely would have liked to see the Mystery Machine, a Lorax float, the Blues Brothers, The Delorian, and maybe some Fast and the Furious cars included in the parade..would have made it a tad bit longer..even the Simpsons would have been nice..

No but thanks for sharing that. Guess thats the system (Photoworks??? can't remember contractor name) was working on for this summer. As for Trike and Kidzone I am just curious as I have focused my visits over there the past few times and will the next few times :thumbs:

No its just areas I think we will see work in the future.

Universal is working on giving entire families reasons to visit and one area that desperately needs attention is stuff for the little ones. The kidszone is an aging area and IMO it will be addressed before Potter 2.0 opens along with another new reason to visit IOA. This is also another reason why I took so much interest in the Suess photo I posted (Lorax Thread). IOA is a more complete park than the Studios as it sits right now, and given the crowd levels seen in the first WWoHP the studios as it sits doesn't offer enough to support it. The parade, nightshow, and DM are all great additions that will do the park wonders but its just the tip of the iceberg in the Studios being reborn.

Starting this year and into 2015 just on the Studios Side I think we could see,

Rebranding of KidsZone
Replacement for Fear Factor
Replacement for T23D (cough Transformers cough)
Harry Potter (Two attractions plus new restaurant and shops)

1) OCEAN TRADERS AWNING

Provide new awnings and supports at the exterior of the Ocean Traders Venue at IOA.

I find it very interesting that Universal still refers to it as the "Hercules & Xena" building.

I think Universal realizes that for the most part, they have their limit on thrill rides, at least for a good 5-10 years, and instead will be adding things for the younger childern. I'd assume at least two of Toon Lagoon, Seuss, or JP will receive some younger kid attractions, as well as what you've said for USF.
