It's not seasonal anymore, it has been operating consistently since covid. They are refurbishing the sign. They recently added the sign back but it wasn't spinning so now it was removed once again and it is probably about to come back soon.

Ah, cool! I'm not in the parks often yet so hadn't caught they moved to being open all the time now.
