My dad's a chemist, works with mold all the time. I'll tell you like he told me. Florida is notorious for mold because of the humidity, and that there DOES look like black mold, but that would be a very serious health problem, and Universal would have taken care of it as soon as it popped up. For as much mold as there seems to be on the ceiling, spending 20-25 minutes or more in that store would have everyone coughing, sneezing, even vomiting. In some cases, when exposure to black mold is elongated in concentrated amounts, you could start coughing up blood.
Black mold is a serious health violation if in any kind of public area (especially a theme park) and a lawsuit waiting to happen. There's just too much "mold" for it to actually be mold. Plus, there are traces of burgundy in the ceiling, which I don't think is a color mold forms in.
