If it were that early it would have to be via backstage shuttles, cause Celestial Park isn’t complete enough for foot traffic yet.

I'd think team member previews on a single land basis would be first, so backstage shuttles would likely be how they'd do those.

But have they even got team member on site operating rides yet? Wouldn't they need to be doing that for a while before any kind of preview?

My guess would be. Possibly for commissioning team members of each land

HTTYD essentially looks complete. I can’t speak to testing or the inside theatre show, but that’s the one area that looks basically ready for guests.

HTTYD will probably be the sleeper hit of EU.

Any idea if they're doing any TM training on attractions yet?

They've been doing it for a while on some attractions from what I've heard.

I also heard that the Constellation Carousel seems to be problematic in testing.

How so? I would think a simple attraction like that one wouldn't have that much issues. Sucks either way lol

Simple attraction, yes but new things are new things. Even new coasters have bugs and things to work out and they are built generally the same one after the other.

It's simple conceptually but there's still a lot of moving parts on that ride. Remember the preview video (~0:53):

There's the large rotating platform, groups of animals on smaller rotating platforms, and then some of those animals go up and down in place. Mechanically there's a lot happening and has to be synced along with whatever show effects (lights and sounds) that'll be on during the ride.

A prototype is a prototype— and when it’s got so many first of its kind features it could be any one of them that’s the problem. Do we know the manufacturer? Is it a company who built something like this before? Essentially I assume it’s a teacups base with carousel figures that rise and lower from below? Each concept is simple, but making them work together may be the issue.

Just imagine if they had gone with the original concept with the figures going on and off the turntable…

Seems like it took a long long time to repair the Suess Carousel & roof. No attraction is simple.

That's because it's not a conventional carousel, apart from the mechanical stuff.

That depends on what you mean by “problematic”. Which part of the ride are we talking about?

Wasn’t there supposed to be some sort of water feature?

No, that’s incorrect speculation. (Unless you count the crescent moon-shape lagoon around it with decorative fountains of course.)
