Theater areas in Potter & Dragons, two shows is probably the max they'd keep running. If there were three large theaters, like in the original plans, at least one would probably be shut down within a year or two.
Then we'd be stuck with an empty place with no attraction. Plus, Universal writers have a bad habit of writing too much corn into their large theater shows, another reason for their quick disappearance.
