Honestly, an actual banana stand that sells more like “home made” frozen dipped bananas and banana splits kind of sounds like a great idea.

The little window across from Monsters at the corner of Music Plaza originally opened with a Minions Freeze Ray drink with Sprite. And Banana Icees before King Kong had them.

Up until about late 60's/1970, suits were required at the large downtown theaters that had the big budget movies. The debut of Planet of the Apes was the last time I wore a suit to a theater.

Movie I felt was very meme-able. This film and attraction should do well, but again, wish Minions/DM got a larger prescence in Orlando.

I don't think there were any children in my showing surprisingly... also I believe 75% the audience was wearing a suit (myself included)

I wonder if the reason for not confirming the attraction with the movie out has to due to the progress being made on it. With the supply chain issues possibly causing delays with construction supplies, maybe it is not far along enough for Universal to feel comfortable announcing it yet. But hey what do I know?

I figured they'd announce it after the opening weekend so they can brag about how successful it is in PR for the ride. They can also then say to investors "see we are very quick in adapting our properties see this will be open in 6 months".
