I can't wait to see what this place looks like after everything is installed right before all the landscaping starts. That should give a great perspective of what all is there.

I'm brand new to OU forums but just thought I'd let you know something, not sure if its been mentioned already :shrug:
You can now purchase Universal's 3 Park Explorer ticket which includes VB from here if you live in the UK. :clap:

not sure if its on sale anywhere else yet?!? :doh:

For those wondering, that's approximately $278 pre-tax. Current price of a 3 park unlimited ticket is $254 tax inclusive on Undercover Tourist. So a decent jump on that.

A $24 jump in ticket price would be a very acceptable jump in price for me. Personally, I would never go to WnW because it's just a water park. However, with VB's theming I'll definitely be upgrading my pass to whatever gets me access to there (wait.. am I brainwashed by Universal marketing???). No more resort pool days, once VB opens you can find me in those two story cabanas sipping out of my tiki head cup.

Once VB opens, it may make it tough to get to the other two parks on some days. That's going to be one real good place to be on a hot muggy Florida day.

but s fast as Universal is they ll catch up quickly. although comparing water parks to theme park lands is apples to oranges

Not the greatest picture but starting to see the water coaster weaving in and out of the volcano! So wish I lived in Orlando and could pop over to get some pictures! Hate it when you know a slide is going up and really want to see it but you cant because you live 4332.967 miles away :bang:.

Yeah I have had that feeling all along that the back is going to be open and the latest promo video pretty much confirms it.

Thanks to you all (Briman included).

And to those who take the time to trawl twitter and the fan sites to post all this information back here for me to enjoy without much effort on my part.

I can take or leave WnW but I'm making a point to go in September. One final look before it meets its demise.

The progress looks phenomenal, which just makes me even more nervous it won't be open when I'm out there next year!

Speculation is at least a soft opening around March. Universal says it will be open no later than June 1st.

As they are already selling a ticket (at least here in the UK) that includes VB entry they must have a pretty good idea of when it will be opening
