That's always a possibility in China.
But this is an absolute firesale. They're getting $4.6bn for 13 Wanda parks (4 completed others various stages) and another $4.6bn for 76 hotels.
The only reason they're selling at those values is that the parks and hotels are underperforming and heavily indebted.
