I hope the rumored "multiple" large sets provide some differentiation.

FYI - It took me about 48 minutes to have UOR move tickets to a different account.

Took about 25 minutes to get to the agent, the remainder of the call was them actually manually moving the ticket to a different account. I feel awful for the TMs having to work through this.

Definitely do this in advance of your visit, it'll get busier as capacity increases!
