Never thought of that, thinking outside the box as usual disneyhead. This also works with teebins post above, I wouldn't be that excited for universal Beijing because I'll probably never get the chance to go

Trust me, you dont want to go

This is correct. If they built a model of WDW's Tower of Terror 1":1' scale, it would be a 16.5' model. That is the nearly the height of a two story office building. It is my understanding that they need the soundstage more for the height than anything else. The sculptors have, at times, been heard venting/exclaiming about something... but I do not feel at liberty to say what.

I will say that I am not sure whether I am excited about it or not.

So its all about the height. Hmmmm. I wonder....

I really don't XD, while I love the culture that place is just too polluted and crowded. Rather go to the Osaka and Tokyo parts of Asia if I were ever to go in that area. Also mordor is a good guess but not likely for a water park

Never said it was for the waterpark.

Keep in mind that the city/county are working on either 1 or two separate train systems to connect too and or circulate international drive area as well.
Just figured I'd throw that in there.

Yes, Universal and the City wanted to do it Disney shot them down .Could they go ahead without Disney?

Thinking of a T with universal and Lockheed as the top bar ,I drive as the vertical of the T with cloverleaf (station) in Wet and Wild parking lot .
W & W wild parking moved to parking decks (Lockheed and current)

From a conversation I had on twitter with HTF

Duffles: have u heard of a supersecret model being built in one of the sound studios at Uni? Not the waterpark model but something else.

Duffles: wanted to ask you what you think it could be. LOTR, Lockheed land, etc.

HTF: No Comment...

I believe he knows something! and if he does this doesnt mean nag him until he tells us. He would if he could and he will when he can. Its just fun to speculate! But for my money, something is going on in the lockheed land, if the model is as big as teebin says then it has to be for a game changer

Next time try sliding him a $100 bill. Diapers aren't cheap ya know

I really don't think the Lockheed land is Uni. I may be wrong but I suspect the answers are found here:

I thought Disney threatened to build their own airport if a train/monorail was built connecting Uni and international drive along with Orlando airport.

Would never happen, then the city would have major issues with disney. And no matter how powerful disney might be, they wouldnt want that

Alright guys, the Disney airport didn't happen, so let's move on. Back to Universal's rumored water theme park...

We heard Despicable Me is a strong, if not definite, possibility. Maybe Orlando could be getting its own Super Silly Fun land after all, just over at the water park...

Also, with Potter turning everything he touches into gold, what are the possibilities that we could see the Black Lake appear? From its Harry Potter wikia page:
"It is home to a Giant Squid, Grindylows, and a colony of Merpeople. The lake was also used as the site of the Second Task of the Triwizard Tournament. The Slytherin common room is beneath the lake, accessed through an entrance in the school dungeons. The Chamber of Secrets is also thought to be beneath the lake. At some point, Neville Longbottom's pet toad, Trevor, escaped into the lake, joining other toads that lived there."

What do you guys think?

Was the black lake mentioned in the books... along with all of those creatures and Neville's frog? I do not recall it at all!

The second time today I worry that I have a brain disease. Yeeesh.

That said, it ain't the black lake currently... yet.

I would rather see Minion Beach than a Super Silly Funland, and i do like your Black Lake idea. But really i just really want to see Jaws make a comeback! :)
