Wow so based off that newest image we can see a few things:

1) the location of the Entrance and load towers for the major slides
2) the Locations/layout of the wave pool, volcano, lazy river and rapids river
3) Gift shop/restaurant/bathroom/changing room locations

I'm less familiar with the specific layout of the rapids river vs a lazy river. I know the difference is in the loading "cove" that is added but I'm not sure which is which. Looking at aerial views of Aquatica didn't help. Am I correct in assuming the northern most river layout is for the rapids river and the southern layout is for the classic lazy river ? If so, Uni is going for a grand visual presentation on this one (As if they don't always).

How cool will it be to walk through the entrance, see the volcano in the distance and people racing along the rapids river in the foreground. Oh man. I am excited.

Was down in Uni/IOA last week by the way and I could see the dirt mound at the dig site from my hotel room balcony. They are working full time on this bad boy.

Over there is where? If you need to direct message me to continue playing it safe feel free to do so.

the magic place

and btw, for those of you that might have wondered what some of the legends might mean, the two clouds indicate a revision. The number in the triangle indicates how many revisions there have been.

So it looks like the kids area would be down along I-4, where that little mini lazy river is, and I would guess the largish rectangle next to it to be a play structure.

Forget if we had already nixed the idea of a Minions area, but that would be great for the kids section, a "Minion Beach."

I finally found it over on the Magic site. But I had to wade through endless pages of people screaming and shouting at each other over stuff that wasn't even related to the waterpark. Eek. Its good to be back home.

This is by far the friendliest theme park forum around. We'll disagree at times, but generally in a nice way. And there's not many arrogant & ignorant posters as you see just about everywhere else. Good people here on OU.

I just got back from Megacon to catch up on all that I missed. I finally found the image though.

Looking at the pictures of the plot of land it does not seem that big, how much room do you thing it will have for expansions, cause it looks like its already packed to the brim.
