They could purpose build Park 4 to be their new Horror Nights park, with much better capacity and purpose built structures.

Not saying they will, but they definitely could as HHN at USF is a cluster these days.

I always wondered why, when they are building new rides, they didn't go ahead and make them two stories and leave the bottom floor dedicated to HHN houses. I know that means some logistical issues within the building themselves, and the structure of some rides definitely wouldn't allow for it. It adds cost as well. But, when they are building rides, if they just added another floor of undedicated space, they wouldn't have to reroute anything for HHN and wouldn't have to worry about putting up tents or tying up soundstages. I'd think it would mean that they could do a higher quality build on houses too as they knew they didn't really have to tear it down year to year.

Just a thought. I'm sure there are reasons not to do it, but it always seemed like a good idea to me.

Tents are cheaper.

Tents take up space.

They can be easily taken down (looks at MIB Extended queue)

Either way, perhaps we can get back onto topic?

So it seems like it may be possible for this USF project to open alongside Potter for 2019? Is that what I'm getting at? Because if it is anything large, wouldn't the place it'd replace have to close by the end of the year?

Nope, not too much to ask for. As a future themed entertainment designer, there is nothing wrong with going a little farther. It is actually quite fun to do the impossible! :D
The beauty of youth is that you can aim for the sky. Set your goals high and go for it, that way you'll have no regrets later in life. Even if you just reach halfway to a lofty goal, you'll have gone further than someone who had no goals in life. Good luck with your dreams.

This is pure wishful thinking, but I'd love to see something done that's based on the Kingsman films. I think a ride or stunt show could work very well. Matthew Vaughn said they have a third film planned, so if all goes well with this next one coming out in a month or so, we could possibly see the third one release around the same time as this rumored project. Again, this is just wishful thinking, but I'd love to see it happen :)
