Yea, definitely looks like LEDs to me. Which, as much as I hate to admit it, look exactly like the ones in that early concept art. Along with the blue striping seen on the cars in the art. The only difference really is the shoulder restraint style.

Based on the shape i see here, the extended front entrance looks almost the same as the new Raptor Encounter. (Concrete base with metal cage)

Those lights over the shoulder remind me of something out a movie but I can’t think what it is for the life of me.

Over the shoulder lights seems...weird. Interested to see how it's implemented!

In Lost World some of the InGen hunters had lights mounted on the shoulder straps of their packs.

Its the little details like this that shows that this is obviously a Velociraptor paddock, and that raptors have nested here. that really adds another layer of immersion to the whole ride.

Im not sure about that, raptors werent allowed to breed in Jw, id lean on it moreso being pteranodon eggs. We did have that concept art with the pteranodon placed along the ride track. Could be raptor eggs tho, life finds a way.....

That's what I thought too, but everyone else says they're LED lights

They're definitely LEDs. Though I'm sure there's bound to be onboard audio as well. If we didn't get that train concept with the shoulder lights I'd probably think it's speakers. When looking at a close-up you can just start to make out the diodes.

What would be the point of having LEDs on each seat? Would it be so the cars look cool at night (kind of like RRR) or would it have something to do with the ride experience?

In story, it would make sense for there to be no artificial lights in the raptor pen. It’s still supposed to mimic a real, natural location for the animals. It’s a zoo.

That means, story-wise, the only way to have lights in the pens are something akin to flashlights. Over-the-shoulder light packs accomplish that while being canonical to In-Gen technology.

That, it will look amazing with streaks of light flashing through a pitch black raptor pen for night rides.

Every zoo that is open after hours has lights, ever been to Animal Kingdom?
This will have a lighting pack like every attraction.
