Atleast we have a heads up this timeSo, the house will be open for one more day next year? Sweet!
It's quite possible the rumblings about it being open past this weekend, could be true. Maybe they're offering their passholders a respite from the crazy crowds? To be fair though, people on here have known that it was possible BJ could open for weeks, so there's little surprise or anger for us to have. For many on twitter or facebook, they don't follow rumors as close and a house just appearing out of nowhere when Universal is actively telling you NOT to come bc of crowds? I can understand why *those* particular people would be upset. This is being thrust upon them last second and they don't know that the house will be back next year (in extreme likelihood) like we do, either.
They did not. I showed up at 5:20 PM and hung out for a bit. There was a good crowd hanging out that were hoping the same.Did they do standby right before close like they did for brides and toothfairy?
Can we really take word from a team member as 100% confirmation though?Even though we already know, a team member just confirmed it is coming back next year
Depends on which team member.......Can we really take word from a team member as 100% confirmation though?
No but times just dropped againCan anyone confirm if they’re letting in standby for very short amounts of time like yesterday?
Even last year they had a tombstone that said “beetlejuice lives” on the last nightNot sure if this is where this statement would go, but I feel like Universal missed an opportunity last night(maybe they'll do it tonight?). I was hoping they might do something similar to 2009 in Sting Alley, where they provide a little preview to next year on the final night. Heck, even as the park is closing, have Jack or the Icons hijack the speaker system and say they're looking forward to next year and then say HHN FOREVER? Just something as a closing statement and easter egg for fun.
Oh it's coming back. Based on the response by the GP, and the fact travelers didn't get a chance to see it. Also, the fact they had to jump through this contract hoop(yes...it's a real thing), in order to make it happen.Beetlejuice was awesome, really hope it comes back
You would think so...Oh it's coming back. Based on the response by the GP, and the fact travelers didn't get a chance to see it. Also, the fact they had to jump through this contract hoop(yes...it's a real thing), in order to make it happen.
HHN will be here before we know it honestlyIt actually said 364 days.
The fact that the canceled the event but then turned around and did, what I think, something that will change the course of the event from time to come (allowed costumes, trick or treating for the kids, the pumpkin hunt, cafe la bamba) is more than enough I feel. In fact they did throw a surprise. . . beetlejuice! I feel next year they will have more daytime centric things to do for families to enjoy with their kids but year, i'll take beetlejuice over what they did in sting alley any day.Not sure if this is where this statement would go, but I feel like Universal missed an opportunity last night(maybe they'll do it tonight?).
