To add a bit of my own tips for HHN, I know Stay & Scream was mentioned before and that's a great way to bang out several houses before the main crowds are let in. Of course it's a wait & see situation if that'll be happening and/or if it's being altered due to possible social distancing etc., but if it's happening, I highly recommend utilizing it.
Also, in the middle of the night when the houses get the busiest, it's not a bad idea to slip off to a ride or two. The line's for Mummy and MiB can be generally short, and something I like doing is heading off to Diagon Alley and getting myself a Pumpkin Juice. (In general it's a nice time to check out Diagon Alley without the throng of daytime crowds.)
I can also back-up that the last hour or so is a great time to hit up the houses with much shorter lines, in 2019 I would easily cap of the night with hitting up all the tent houses in a row (MiB Tent and the 2 Sprung Tents to the right of MiB's bathrooms), and finishing off in Kid Zone for the two Parade Building houses. Now for the Parade houses, those are generally the longest walks to get to and come back from. So for the end of the night it's best hitting the Old Parade Building first (Which is BeetleJuice) since that's the "shortest" walk to and from the park. That way you can take your time making the trek to the New Parade Building.
Finally, if it turns out you really like any of the tent houses*, those are going to be the easiest to repeat/marathon in Stay & Scream or the end of the night because they're some of the closest to the park -and- the exits dump out right back to their entrances.
*= MiB is rumored to be getting pretty plussed, and we don't know if that might involve an altered queue or exit path due to it.
