Weird, looks like they (Universal) pulled the announcement off the website, facebook AND twitter. Anyone know what's up with that?

I wonder if the original color was going to be orange for the restaurant and they realized it would look too garish.

I was expecting more BBQ, but I am pleasantly surprised with the presentation

It is a call back to Emiral's but more modern

Do we think this is somewhere you'll need a reservation or no?

Currently all CityWalk restaurants are walk up and you end up seated within minutes. Universal hasn't implemented a reservation system that is even close to the level of what Disney has so most don't book reservations at UOR. I doubt this will be much different.

How high-end are we expecting this to be? I feel like there was rumors that this would be the highest-end restaurant in CityWalk, but I'm not convinced

Probably more expensive but in line with the steaks at Grill Brew.

Less high end than Emeril's, but slightly above Vivo and Toothsome's.

Same, but I get the choice. Does seem weird that all but two of the places they've opened feature specialty burgers.

I agree in that this sort of seems like it's just Emeril's without the name or brand attached to it. Also, it's not hard to find a Steak on UOR property. A nice Asian restaurant would've been welcomed. A compromise could've been a Japanese Steakhouse. My mouth is watering at the thought. Maybe when they finally get rid of Bubba Gump...

Perhaps they felt they had to add capacity to CityWalk and draw away from Toothsome, Cow, and Grill Brew when the parks close

Idk what they are thinking tbh

Not to mention, Jimmy Buffet's is literally all burgers now haha

I agree with @Drew this could have been an awesome BBQ place. Still unique and different while offering some staples for picky eaters (chicken, steak, burger, pasta).
