Perhaps they felt they had to add capacity to CityWalk and draw away from Toothsome, Cow, and Grill Brew when the parks close

Idk what they are thinking tbh

Not to mention, Jimmy Buffet's is literally all burgers now haha

The Boathouse has a ridiculously good Baked Alaska also. Then again, The Boathouse really has little rival in terms of food quality and execution.

I'm a little surprised they haven't released a full menu.

Also, I'm surprised they haven't opened reservations, but Universal doesn't really push reservations like Disney.
