Brings up a good point, it would be nice for the dragon theme to remain, I mean, why can't we have a dragon flying through the forbidden forest?

What would Agrobah and Polynesia have to do with Harry Potter that it could be a spoiler?:lol:

It could travel for 30 years and my original point would still stand strong, the majority of potter fans will not get to see this.

If only there was a place that could have a perminant show on some type of city place they could walk to where a lot of Harry Potter fans travel to from all over the world.

Getting back to topic......

So, it was speculated that the replacement may be another coaster. With Rowling allegedly allowing Dragons to stay out of monetary necessity on the part of Uni, would she really sign off on a new exposed outdoor roller coaster? Is there any chance that it could be an indoor coaster of some kind?

I'd be all for a highly themed indoor coaster. IoA needs more rides that can stay open in the rain anyway :)

I'll take something highly themed ala Gringotts, but not coaster Gringotts. I want Mako stuffed in a building!

Something as good as the Mummy, but themed to the forbidden forest, complete with spiders, dragons, centaurs, and Grawp and throw in a few little surprises and I think you have a solid E-ticket

I personally Love Dragon Challenge. I never experienced it a dueling dragons however i love comptrollers. USF Resort in my opinion is starting to abuse this 3d Ride thing. IE Spider man and its clone transformers. You have a similar product in Simpsons, Shrek is laughable and Minions is cute but again another 3D Ride. With Seuss landing and MSHI being extremely kid friendly minus the Hulk of course. USF Resort needs more thrill to it like dragon challenge.

I do like the idea of an indoor coaster similar to mummy or something but I don't think it needs to be at the cost of DC.

An exposed coaster looks better than the massive show building that would need to accompany an indoor B&M. I mean, just think about how huge of a building that would have to be for a second.

I know it's virtually impossible to conceive of them actually doing it, but imagine the spectacle of a huge show building with an indoor broom-flight coaster in the vein of Rock 'n' Roller Coaster, that is completely covered up with an exterior of the Hogwarts Quidditch Stadium.
JUST IMAGINE IT.

This an interesting idea. What if the ride is changing but the theme of the first task doesn't? Build the stadium, have a nest in the center with the golden eggs. Trees surrounding it to cover the exposed coaster.

I think a long show building similar to Kong would be placed in the front of the DC plot, themed to what ever, then launch the coaster for the outdoor section behind the building, themed to the Forbidden Forest. I imagine something like Cheetah Hunt, but as a B&M wing rider.

I think if it's an indoor coaster we can count B&M out.

I think we have enough dragons in FJ and Gringotts, I'd be fine with it leaving.

She did sign-off on from-scratch builds of Hippogriff for both Japan and Hollywood, so it's not entirely out of the question.

If it's an indoor coaaster, I would imagine it would be a small coaster like Rock n Roller or Mummy. You don't need a full coaster indoors. So that could leave plenty of room for other development of this 8 acres. Heck, that's the size of a land itself. Why waste all that space on a large outdoor coaster when you have a park that has limited expansion space. Heck, I'd rather ride the very themed Mummy attraction than any large outdoor coaster I've ever been on.

I'd be interested in seeing something like this for an outdoor coaster.
