Probably summer, somewhere in June and July, I'd think.

There's no way that they wait that long. Unless there's technical issues, then it's all on the table.

We should see big movement on construction beginning this summer. And we all know that once they get going this could go fast. I would think they wanna have it open by Summer of 2019, and fingers crossed soft open by May. Probably June or July realistically though.

Honestly it kind of comes down to the show pieces along the ride. The coaster itself shouldn't take all that long to build once they get going, theoretically. If they really push this, I could see them managing a spring opening...but I'm still predicting June/July for the "official" opening.

Who knows? He might be taking a nap. Being a giant celebrity is very tiring. ;)

That's if we stay in the forest, which we may not do according to Alicia.

I'm getting a strange sense the story may "match" scenes from the Tri-Wizard tournament.

Queue - Quidditch Stadium where the dragon trial is happening above/around us. Board our whatever.

Short segment through the forest, where we may past some creatures EDIT - and the Ford Anglica.

Dive into Black Lake (our first big drop) which has slow, fly-by show scene with projected grindylos and an animatronic mermaid.

Blast out of the water (like Harry), back through the forest and into the hedge maze. A fly-by show scene to enter. Maybe a sphrinx, which would be a pleasant surprise, before a dash to a projected cup.

Our stopped show scene is in the biggest building is the graveyard. We see something (the spell to bring Voldemort back or the battle), then shoot backwards out of the graveyard.

We rotate out in front of the thestral stables... I only wish...

Grawp (who can technically be a canon appearance because Hagrid retrieves him in Order...) stops our backwards portion, turns us around, and go through the last thrilling section (swooping drop) before the brake run.

Just renewed my pass

Seriously though, they have the opportunity to take us to multiple locations to really complete the universe

Intersting conversation going on right now on WDW Magic's HP Coaster thread:
Poster: "Make it a family friendly coaster , indoor segments, a good story, a few thrills, good animatronics, a few screen areas".....
Marni: "Yep, that's pretty much the coming ride"
Disneyhead: "Surprisingly accurate, actually"
Marni: "I think it was more of a lucky guess (referring to the poster) looking at the rest of the post. I'm looking forward to this one. And the next one".
...
some guesses from members about Studio's projects...
Marni: "I'm just talking about IOA"

The only guess I have is that for IOA on the docket for the road to Site B, is to make some final changes to the parks that may be only necessary.

For now, USF needs something replacing Fear Factor and Shrek, as they have become incredibly dated for one and that the other may be featured in Site B.

IOA right now only has Potter to our knowledgeable head, and that the only thing that would make sense is either replacing the Trikes plot with a dark ride, or expanding Seuss Landing to accommodate for Illumination's "The Grinch" success.

But as of now, Potter sounds like it will be loaded with a great deal of hope for UOR for families. But what makes me curious, is what we may see after for IOA.

EDIT: Didn't look at the Seuss thread. xD

Is Marni speaking in context of Harry Potter, or IOA in general?

Sounds like a new attraction, or two, at IOA soon after HP coaster, and it won't be screen reliant, and Marni has high hopes for it (or them), and before Seuss (if Seuss happens)......Let the speculation begin.

The expansion reference refers to non Potter IOA.........Let the speculation begin. ... on one or two of the other IOA land threads (not Seuss though)

Not to derail the thread, but I feel it would be in Uni's best interest to do Avengers instead
