Yeah, close to the ground with launches coaster. I looked at that a couple of hours ago when I was taking another look at Sergio's posting of the Intamin Inferno drop coaster with all those scenes. I was envisioning a combination of these two coasters. And enough slow downs for scenes to stretch it to around a 4 minute ride.

Isn't that pretty much exactly what SeaWorld just built in Texas? Actually, all SeaWorld parks except for Orlando have a version of this except for Orlando (even Australia).

I can see how the system can be used to simulate Hagrid's motorcycle, though.

Here’s the problem with the Motorbike concept/jet ski concept:

Backwards stopping will be painful as heck. Unless we’re going really, really slow during the portion it goes backwards, there’s no way it’ll be a motorbike

I can't tell if you're hinting or not. This vehicle is the only way I could see it working.

And something like this could actually make it so that there's two completely separate experiences. A motorbike-style/TRON seating for the Cycle and a more passive experience with lap bar seating for those who either choose not to do the motorbike or the motorbike isn't accommodating to them. Providing that extra option would be huge as far as accessibility goes.

You still gotta deal with the backwards portion on the motorbike, so probably not :(

As I have said previously, I know absolutely nothing about this project and likely never will. I enjoy guessing too!

A motorbike and sidecar layout would actually be really clever. An exact 50/50 for those who want the motorbike seating and those who want the normal seating.

This could also greatly vary the thrill factor. I imagine sitting on the bike would be drastically more thrilling than the sidecar.

I was going to suggest that the bike could rotate but that kind of defies the point of a backward section.

Wave Breaker actually isn't what Teebin posted, but is more akin to their family coaster models, due to the seats being more sit-down as opposed to motorbike like.

While I don't like TPR, they do have a good multi-cam of the attraction from San Antonio.

Did Alicia ever mention whether or not there is track over track in what she’s been seeing in her crystal ball?

So like 8 Sirius Black motorcycles one behind another going at the speed of sound through the Forbidden Forest? I can't see it.

If anything, I would save that concept for a London/Ministry of Magic attraction with motorcycles and brooms flying in formation.

I think the suspended is out too for the height requirement.

What about something like this? Height requirement is 110 cm or around 43 inches.

Yes and the new footers in MM video dont look to be supportive of a suspended coaster

Yeah, any type of suspended/inverted coaster is out based on those footers. There would be a double row if the car was under the track.

The footers do look similar to the bolt pattern that Intamin typically uses, even though its really hard to tell that from the video angle. But between that and @MagicMagicMagic detective work, I'd say we can safely say this an Intamin going forward.

As for type, I can't see it being anything but a multi-launch. Basically Maverick, with no inversions and more stops and launches. If that doesn't make the coaster people happy, IDK what will.

This attraction will seem so fresh after all the recent screen based & simulator attractions, at both Universal & Disney. Something new & something different. Definitely whets the appetite.
