Sorry for the double post, but one thing I still haven't heard about...

THE FOOD?! Any recommendations? Most importantly, is the Fazbear's pizza worth it? What about the BBQ?

And a general question, do any of the mazes suffer during Early Access from people in missing spots?

Just tried the Thai beef tacos at the Slash bar. It was cool to try them, but it was a little too much tortilla. They were fine but I won’t go out of my way to get them again.

Just closed out the first two nights at HHN 33,000 Steps my first night and 28,000 the second night

Terrifer is my favorite house with FNAF as a second....after that I had have to think because I think all the houses are just good-great this year with none I dislike
I've had 4 Encounters with Art the clown when he interacted with me
I got pictures with both Megan's on the Terror Tram (one is in front of the bloody Hollywood sign the other at the end of the tram) and also got a photo with Norman bates
I got a two pictures with Hamikuma and one addition interaction when he had no line inside the shop
I got one picture with the stilt walker in front of Slash bar and There are two Stilt Walkers in the Plaza area...La Lorina and the other woman from last year seem to be retired for now for pictures
I watch the Purge show 3 times and Chainsaw twice. Purge is so dam great and don't mind it coming back the team is so talented and Chainsaw is good better then JJK show at fan fest because it has a great Halloween theme, nothing amazing but fun

Megan seems to only be at the start of the house, the Purge area, the photo spots and the end of the house. I was hoping she would pop up in other areas and if she does let me know but have not seen here anywhere else yet

House count
Terrifer 4 Times
FNAF 5 times
Blumhouse 2 Times
Monsterous 1 time
Fallout 1 time
Jason 3 times
Poltergeist 4 Times
WWE 5 Times
Scarecrow 2 Times

Some complaints but still had an amazing time both nights
The crowds are insane....like my god two houses getting to 3 hours at the same time is insane

Jason moves so slow and not a fan of the system of express/regular in the same line for a time....just not a fan of the flow here

The Witches show...I wish happened more or had times. I hear its every hour then one hour we went it was there and another it did not happen. Very cool show when you can see it

Food lines get insane, just they need to find a way to make it easier to get food....when its midnight and you have lines out the doors there is an issue

EA because of crowds should have 4-6 hours open.....if we get 6 hours at opening or even 6 by 6 PM it would help this event sooooo much

I don't see what your frustration here is. GA ticket holders are told that the event will start at 7PM for them. People who buy Early Entry have access to mazes from 5:30 to 7:00. The GA crowd did not buy early entry therefore, they won't get the benefits of those with early entry. Simple as that.

The issue I have is that technically, only four mazes are listed as Early Entry. So of course I get that I can't enter those mazes those until 7.

But that leaves many other mazes NOT listed as Early Entry, but often open before 7pm... and we're not allowed into those. For the first few years EE was a thing, they were letting GA into non-EE listed houses when they opened before 7. But it seems as of last year, they stopped this policy without making any sort of formal announcement.

It's fine, I guess... at least now they are consistent with the policy. But this is a change from many, many previous years, and even last year, some mazes would let us in, and some wouldn't, so the lack of communication was an issue. It's also frustrating that basically EE has now basically become essential to getting anything done. Not to mention seeing many GA people sneak into lines (sometimes unwittingly) just because it happened to be a moment the queue manager wasn't looking at their wristband.

And if they don't want to let in GA until 7, they need to have a systems so that GA can start lining up outside the maze before 7. Last night at Jason, the GA group was so large, it started blocking access for the EE people, who couldn't even get through... and when GA was finally let in at 7, it was a melee of people pushing en masse, to the point a woman actually got knocked down into a barricade, and people were nearly fighting. Telling 50+ people "please don't line up" before 7 is an inefficient system that clearly doesn't work.

Does anyone know if they've been doing after 11PM Express or nah? Also, how much cheaper is it from just normal Express?

I didn't see it on opening night, but in past years I've seen it offered for between 90-120 dollars depending on the night, so avoid saturdays if thats your plan lol

A mini show, at the witches Scarezone kind of like how the Crooked lane in Orlando has a show on a kid turning into a cat

Minor updates:
  • The mini Hamikuma keychain plush sold out last night. But a team member said that a larger Hamikuma plush is on its way, but unknown when it will arrive.
  • Hamikuma appears in the Animation store only from 8pm - 9:30pm on the half hour

We got on Terrifier not once, but twice in a row without needing early entry or Express. Even though we only have GA and the team members at the Hogsmeade entry were telling people that GA would not be let in until 7pm, they in fact let GA into Hogsmeade at 6:30. So with a bit of power walking, we arrived at the CG lot by 6:45, to find the queue for Terrifer completely empty (though it was listed as a 20 min wait). Went through it once, got right back in line, which was maybe 10-15 min by then. Got a second run through and was out by 7:05, by which time the line was already an hour.

While there's no guarantee they'll let GA in at 6:30 every time, there is some logistical reasons to let GA in before 7... 1) it takes 10-15 just to arrive at those mazes anyway. 2) if they didn't let GA enter Hogsmeade until 7pm, it would most certainly create a bottleneck of guests all sitting there waiting for it to open after the scaremony (which I think is 6:45). So there's crowd control reasons to let GA into at least Hogsmeade at or before 6:45. But certainly doesn't hurt to be there by 6:30 in case they let GA in by then. Surprisingly, there were only about 20 or so people waiting outside that area at about 6:30, so it wasn't hard to get a short line, and it was pretty clear all the EE people were leaving by 6:30... there was a massive line of people heading out as we came in.

To do this, you'll need either a Day/Night ticket, or an AP, so you can get into the park before 6pm with your AP, claim your HHN wristband inside the park, and already be at Hogsmeade by 6:30.

I watched the OA video from the event. It feels like there are barely any black hallway boo hole moments this year. Is that correct? Has a miracle taken place?!

That is correct with the exception being Poltergeist. It’s great having to worry about this less and less lol

This is everything.

Honestly from their reaction, it sounds like Hollywood may even have some of the better houses this year.
