Army of Darkness is owned by a different company than the first two. Because of rights issues, Ash vs. Evil Dead can't include any continuity from Army of Darkness, but has full access to the first two films. I would imagine that this would also extend to a house.

They explicitly reference Army of Darkness in the second to last episode this past season, and use the same time travel plot device.

I also caught the Lair of the Banshees props out tonight. It was really quite trippy to be walking along and find yourself in the middle of them again! :saywhat:

The lair of banshees would be a cool idea for a house. It's got that classic Halloween feel to it that houses at HHN lacks sometimes. But yeah weird to see the props out this time of year.

That seems reasonable compared to what I remember from last year. Seems to me the FFP was $300 and if you added express it was $600? I got the ROF with express and it was $300 so $130 or so for FFP is a deal if my memory serves.
You from the UK get pretty good deals

I don't think we will see the steep increases that we saw last year

I could see them using Crow as the icon if they're setting these up to film the ad. He would fit in real well among some creepy-ass trees.

Why would they put out random props for a youtube convention??? I know that the convention is this weekend but I doubt the props are because of this.

They usually rent out the park, I imagine they might have some scare actors out or something as a sort of HHN preview for them?

Photo ops, these are tube content providers so they need something to stage with.

Yes, but they could have put them anywhere in the park. Strange how they picked the exact same place as last year.

They were designed for that area specifically so it makes sense. They would have looked a little out of place in NY or SF, just like the Boat would have looked out of place anywhere other than SF. It actually seems like a pretty smart idea, makes for a little HHN advertisement. I could see them having representations for Mardi Gras and Christmas in the park also.

Not sure if this is the right spot to put this (mods, feel free to move), but they have an HHN ad up in the park (USF side), along with some of the sets from the Lair of the Banshee scare zone.
