Wow I thought it was going to just be an area to see what a scare zone looks like at night with the props and lighting but it looks like they turned it into all around scarezone. Would definently like to see this year round.

I'm just binging through Twin Peaks again (my absolute favourite series) before the new season starts, and maaaan..... there is so truly much freaky stuff that would go towards making a great HHN house, not even including the freakiess that's no doubt still to come

So I don't mean to stray off topic much, but I have been wondering, what makes that show great to you? I tried to watch it recently and after three episodes I just couldn't take it anymore. I understand with it being nearly 30 years old, it is going to feel dated, but I found it borderline unwatchable. The music and the soap opera-like dramatics were just too much. I was really disappointed that I didn't like it, because I have heard so many great things.

I first watched it about 15 years ago (i was 9 when it came out!) so don't really have the original nostalgia thing being the reason why I adore it so much. It's actually quite hard to describe what I just love so completely about it! It just scratches so many lovely itches at once for me, but notably the music and the utter randomness of it at times, how it jumps from slapstick silliness to genuine horror in a blink of an eye. The way it plays on the soap opera theatrics is really part of its genius for me, but I can TOTALLY understand why others might hate everything about it. It is also 100% not perfect, even I recognise that there is some real, terrible junk in some of the episodes (especially during the middle of season 2), but again, it almost makes me love it more for that reason!

Man... if the crossover with Catacombs (which ISN'T on my list, but has been publicly mentioned previously) I'm suddenly thinking could be coming, Universal may hit new height of logical awesomeness.

I really hate that I don't have permission to divulge, but think the prospect is enough to TRY and prime the pump for some speculation.

If it's NOT a crossover house with Catacombs, I'd be extremely disappointed because it's not something I'm jazzed to see just get a sequel.
