offtopic, but if they do scareactor dining, which characters do you think we will see/who would you like to appear at scareactor dining?

Probably somebody disappointing if I’ll be honest. There’s usually 1 or 2 really cool ones then the rest are meh. If they did a dining with all the icons that could be amazing!

If I wanna wish for the best, I can say maybe Leatherface. Also maybe some throwback characters from "Scarey" but I wouldn't get my hopes up, although Blood N Gutz would be insane to meet xD.

Usually you go in, get your food at the buffet, and then sit down and wait for the characters to come around. Last year there was Shorty, Bride of Frankenstein, Frankenstein, a Viking, and sometimes a Nightingale.

If Texas is 100% open with no mask requirements now, Florida can't be far behind (not making fun of Texans or Floridians or saying it's a bad or good idea). And as everybody has already said, it's way too early to predict what's going to happen in the fall. The as yet undiscovered Belgium Variant might be sweeping the planet and we might be 100% locked down.

For clarity here because this come up a lot in various discussions, the state of Florida currently has no mask mandate and hasn’t for quite some time. Desantis has actually specifically said theme parks can operate at 100% capacity. Obviously the theme parks aren’t doing that because they’re trying to prioritize safety, but the mask requirements currently in place are just up to the parks, and they can (and probably will) continue to enforce that the rest of this year.

Bottom line for my take on it, if the parks are still doing any form of mask requirement and social distancing com HHN season, it will continue to be a modified event. Doesn’t make sense to tell guests to stay 6 feet apart and then have a scareactor inches from their face.

We’ll be wearing masks through the fall. I believe we will see social distancing and masks in lines still and for alcohol they’ll have specialty areas (think beer gardens) to drink and purchase but you can’t walk around with them.

I actually hope they continue to squirt hand sanitizer into customers' hands as they enter the house/ride/attraction. It's a very easy and pretty non-intrusive safety precaution that increases hygiene exponentially.

You know, I’ve always wanted to see Beetlejuice and Jack interact with each other. It be hilarious to see some kind of banter with them. Seriously Universal, get a show with those 2 characters interacting with each other.

Beetlejuice was probably the safest guess I had for whom might appear in that experience since he has a role in the parks already.

Man, the Terra queen would be amazing to see and interact with as well when I am munching on mediocre theme park food.

I think it's a tongue in cheek nod to Scr3am, Happy Death Day 2U, and other horror movies with those silly play on words in their titles. I like it as a hokey horror name joke for a sequel of sorts as it's a "Best Of" Carey house.

I think the hand sanitizer is a good idea for the houses to try and prevent the HHN crud that many seem to get after going when the event opens. A lot of the procedures we have taken this winter has really done a number on the flu and common colds, so maybe it would be a good practice to have in general if SIF is brought back.

I mean in general. I'd be in favor of it forever. Those guns in MIB get super gross as do all the rails and everything else everyone touches in the parks.
