John Murdy confirmed NO WALKING DEAD for Terror Tram this year... Hurray! While I like what they do with the property, time to cut back a little... unless Murdy trolls us big time and he means "it's not what it usually is" refers to its spinoff (Fear the Walking Dead)... if so well played Murdy, but I'd be kinda mad... haha.

Technically he hasn't explicitly stated that TWD would not return as the Terror Tram theme this year. "It's not what is usually is" could refer to something else.

He subtly said that Insidious is coming..With some of the small details. Me and SirOwen have already figured its Insidious and we'll probably see an announcement of the maze officialy in the next few days..

I really want to plan my first trip to HHN this year, and was wondering what the average cost is for the Front of the Line pass? And is it really worth it like people make it out to be?

insidious is a for sure thing. between now and scare LA there will probably be 4 to 3 maze announcements, i honestly wont be surprised if they do a Crimson Peak maze.

the passes are like $120 i think? and yes its worth it , the lines are really really long and lately HHN has been a complete cluster F**k  for me its worth the buy i am for sure doing it this year.

So in regards to the "show" rumor that popped up back in April... it was mentioned at the attractions meeting the other night that there IS apparently a show in the works for this year's event. With this news coming in 93 days (roughly 13 1/2 weeks total) before HHN begins, I'd say that is a good sign.

Unfortunately, I'm pretty sure it won't be B&T. Nor "RHPS: Tribute". Or even "Jack the Clown" (which Orlando is rumored to get a show for this year).

Honestly, I fear for any show we may end up with this year because of the overly-sensitive, easily offended park guests. So I'm sure whatever show we do get will be canceled by the 2nd-3rd weekend.

Man I really hope we get some sort of show. Mainly just because we need something to eat up part of the crowds.

USH needs to learn how to manage things right when it comes too bad situations with people getting easily offended. I really hope they step up with that. 

Any other words, I am really curious how would the Opening Scar-A-Mony will be this year....

In regards to the opening scaremony... we definitely won't be seeing "The Purge" this year as the entrance SZ, which makes sense obviously since the 3rd movie doesn't come out until next year anyway. Murdy posted on twitter last week that we'll have a "new" SZ theme for the entrance.

I'm just questioning on if there will be a Auctioneer for opening scaremony this year.

Well there certainly won't be an auctioneer since that was strictly a "Purge: Anarchy" related character, like in 2013 it was the main "purge dude" from the first movie using the megaphone to heckle the guests. Ringmaster for the former "Klownz" SZ, etc etc..

It really just depends on what the new SZ theme is. I'm sure they'll have someone welcoming/heckling guests, however I also wouldn't be surprised if they didn't have someone due to the ridiculous incident that happened last year. We'll just have to wait and see.

New entrance theme, hmmm. Do you think they'll continue to use the crates/containers and pyro rig for the entrance scarezone? It's a bit played, but does a good job of utilizing that whole space, and creating a strong atmosphere. And if they do replace that, they may even replace the go-go dancers

I know the chances are low but it would be SO cool to get an AHS maze. There's just so much to work with.
