Off topic from HRRR valleying, but what is the purpose of the yoga balls / clear beach balls in the station? I've asked a ride op (not a HRRR op) and she didn't know.

They sometimes use it as "dummies" during testing.

Well TTD and Kingda Ka have had way more problems then just Rolling back. They have have been nightmares for maintenance and then there was the version that the cable snapped and sent shrapnel all over the the train and riders.

HRRR has some bugs and I think it is more a problem of the builders and designers. I think there are still people scared to ride it due to the problems but when it is running it keeps a good line. I think they will eventually get all the bugs worked out and all of this will be bad memories, But I suggest they due it before next HHN.

Yeah, that's what I figured. It was a complete ghost town. I don't even think I saw an employee in the loading station.

The ride was down for a while yesterday, and they weren't even running test cars. Does it have a maximum wind speed issue, because it was pretty windy. What ticked me off is, it was running when I arrived, by the time I got to the ride, it was down, but running again as I left the park. Just didn't feel like staying at that point.

Apparantly it was having issues yesterday too.

To be honest alot of rides have issues with wind and the cold. I agree that they should consider this stuff more when they are designing and building them but it is what it is.
