Maybe the tests were actually to turn her into a real Hulk. It worked, so when she woke up after hulking out she was implanted with false memories of just riding the ride. :look:

Possibly a miscommunication, and she's talking about the VR Hulk previews they were running and she misremembered as actually riding and things got muddy in the confusion? I've not heard of anyone on Hulk yet, UC or otherwise.

Here's a terrifying rumour for you, it seems to have come from The Dibb (though it might have been mentioned somewhere here a while ago). Soft opening from August 10th, for hotel guests only. Apparently the room key will act as the pass to get into the queue.

I don't know how true this all is, but man would be I be annoyed if Universal go ahead with it.

How is that terrifying?
Didn't Disney do a similar thing with the fast pass plus and the Toy Story ride? While I don't exactly like the idea of a group of paying customers being shut out of a ride, I can see a season pass holder or resort guest special opening having it's place.

Well, Parkscope is reporting walls are coming down -- no softs -- but Storm Force will be reopening today so there's that.

This is correct. If you walk towards Doctor Doom's Fearfall, the temporary entrance to Storm Force Accelatron is on the left. Temporary fencing was put up to lead you behind the Café 4/arcade building over to Storm Force.
