At an absolute guess, I am going to guess this is for the new bridge construction (B2).

Not sure what that one is, or if it’s related? Anyone know.

Interestingly Austin Commercial built the buildings for VB, they do also specialise in bridges.

Well when I read hardscape I'm also thinking pavement. Wouldn't surprise me if the new bridge and the path that connects it to JP will be done ASAP. Otherwise TMs are gonna be really pissed if they have to go around the long way all summer to get to JP.

and....the quicker the new bridge gets built, the sooner we'll get the new Potter Dark Arts Projection/Fireworks show, which is looking awesome.

B2 is the new back of house building they've been constructing at the Gate 2 Team Member entrance. When in doubt about a NoC, you can always check the Permit Number referenced at the top of the document via the City of Orlando permit search... in this case the permit number starts with BLD2016, which should be an immediate indication that it's not for a new project .

I would think so considering this ride is suppose to be JW themed correct ?

I'm expecting new colors similar to what they're doing at JPRA over in Hollywood...Blues, Greys, Whites, etc

Yeah like using DC as the queue for the coaster........ I know it’s not happening :/

IMHO using DC as a queue would be a waste, it's a separate attraction. Though it is well overdue for an update with engaging interactive displays.
