I doubt this will affect anything much. Most of these executives have been in place for a long time, and have worked with each other for decades. Just a small shuffling of the deck and probably preparation to replace a future retirement. ...And pay no attention to those earlier posts on this thread alluding to him being a yeller & screamer at meetings & with interactions. Well, that's the MCA/Universal executive management style. Universal has been doing it that way since the early days, and generally encouraged that mode. That's the Universal way. Heh, these guys have been working together for a long time and are probably more like a fraternity than anything else. The fact this management team survived intact through some really bad ownership groups since the park opened, attests to their competence & ability to work together for the good of the parks.....People really need to read the book on Jay Stein, JayBangs. It makes it easy to understand how Universal operates.
Robert Niles has a nice interesting story today on the Woodbury move & the background of both Universal Creative & Disney Imagineering. In it he recommends the Jay Stein (JayBangs) book as a must read to understand the Universal background. :thumbsup:
