what are the rumors on what a "Zelda ride" will be? or will it just be a Show like what's currently in LC?

I think the rumor was RTP (RIP. TEAR. KILL.) on most of Lost Continent for Zelda.

If it takes over LC, I can almost guarantee everything will be leveled and replaced.

I would imagine we would get both a ride and a show. There's plenty of room for two attractions in LC

I would pay to watch the demo on poseidon's fury. It'll be epic to see the trident fall. (I love LC BTW)

I think the point of confusion is more Mythos (or at-least, the kitchen inside Mythos, as people have said that it has received upgrades), but yeah, LC is about 7.37 acres, which gives more than enough land for a Zelda based land.

It's hard for me to think of what a Zelda ride would look like. Also, what game would you base it on? Each Zelda game has a unique look.

They could keep Mythos, and just Re-theme it to be Zelda. No issues.

I would be amazed if they didn't go with a Breath of the Wild inspired aesthetic.

It's a kitchen.

It'll go. I just don't see them handcuffing themselves to existing infrastructure like they did with Hogsmeade.

I would think they'd do use Breath of The Wild as the main template of the design, but perhaps use elements of Skyward Sword in the art style.

I wouldn't be shocked if they get rid of it, but that I think some people have mentioned that it does raise a question.

wow...so Nintendo will be park 3 (or 4 if you're fancy). That sucks!

Just SNW, not Zelda or Pokemon.

If you are referring to SNW, the land could double its size and ride count in the new park, instead of just fitting it in USF.

I mean, Skyward Sword is Breath of the Wild's art style except crappy, so I hope not.

I see them using a BotW land aesthetic, but I can't see them not using the more recognizable Twilight Princess-esque link. When someone looks at that design, you KNOW it's Link (or Zelda to 50% of people ;)). Also, will they use a fur or face M&G if they do one for Link?

I suppose that is looking on the bright side of things.

Didn't think about that. Link doesn't speak, so it would be kind of awkward if it was a human performer.

Well, I’m hearing it’s pretty locked in for Nintendo at the new park. I also heard Zelda is pretty much a shoo-in for LC. Then some stuff about Pokémon at KZ. I also heard some more stuff but that’s what it’s looking like right now. Take it with a grain of salt, but I’m hearing stuff is pretty much locked.

It's so good to hear that, after all the shakeups in the past four months or so.

haha I would love for them to attempt a mute face character, a fur link would be weird.

Given that the bypass bridge is on the Hogsmeade side of Mythos, a complete razing of LC would be brutal on park flow. I would bet Mythos would be last to go. If at all. I personally hope it stays and gets a small re-theme.

I’d prefer a big Lost Woods maze leading to the Master Sword but maybe a show could fit in there too.

Plus, whatever new kitchen equipment that isn’t nailed down could just be saved.

Question time:

If Nintendo World phase 1 really is going to go in the new park, how will Universal Orlando handle announcing "more details" about it this year, as promised?

Do y'all really think we'll see an announcement for the new park this year? Or even an announcement that includes a sentence or two mentioning a new park that hasn't even broke ground yet, (and apparently the content of which is still very much in flux?)

Something I've been pondering.
