I’m probably going to get the bundle + pro controller (if I’m lucky lol), but a gut punch with those $5 extra dollars on the Pro Controller 2. My current PC1 is on its last legs and the price tag is not nice, so the bump on that is terrifying. Hoping to have good luck next week.

There was a story going around of a lot of GameStop stores getting around 100 each. Hopefully that applies to more retailers.

For me it’s MKW bundle, Pro Controller, BotW upgrade, and maybe the 256 GB SD Express card.

I’ll get the TotK upgrade later on after I see what’s up with BotW and the new thing in Zelda Notes. Maybe now I’ll finally be motivated to finish that one lol.

Edit: I also need a date on Metroid.

Yeah, as much as I want MKW and DK:B, I'll admit I'd rather spring for an OLED model if it's down the line as those games look like they'd be stunning on one. (Can't help it, my OLED Steam Deck has spoiled me.)

I play mostly docked so I sprung for an OLED TV. Needed to upgrade to 4K anyway and a 48” wasn’t too expensive. I don’t need something huge in my room.

I also have a Steam Deck that I use mostly as an emulator lol, but not the OLED.

I wonder if this applies to all physical Switch 2 Editions. If it does anyone wanting to get Prime 4 or Pokémon Legends physically shouldn’t buy the Switch 1 version if you’re planning on ever getting a Switch 2 at some point.

The prices aren’t for everyone but I think Nintendo’s going to do fine as long as they can convince people that this console is worth being so close to a PS5 for now. In a few years when the PS6 hits and is inevitably more expensive than a PS5 Pro Nintendo will be more fine.

To be clear I’m not expecting this to be another 150 million+ seller.

The main reasons Galaxy is one of my favorite games of all time are the vibes and art direction, the perfect soundtrack and the Galaxy specific characters and mechanics.

I’d be really happy if they completely dropped the semi-linear style of the levels in favor of 17+ open galaxies sort of like the Odyssey kingdoms, but drastically evolved.
