As it stands--we have not been given a runtime nor have we been given anything other than "It's a Nintendo Switch 2 direct!"
When Nintendo did the Switch 1 presentation, it was a press conference that was about 70 minutes total that went into the hardware and software for the first year of the Switch. I'd imagine we are going to get a similar element, but in this case being on the Mouse-Cons, the C Button, and the graphical advancements of the Switch 2 in comparison to the Switch 1; alongside software and titles for the first year of Nintendo Switch 2.
There have been mumurs that Yakuza might be popping up, but that's the only IP that has been given anything sofar. Additionally, speculation has been that Metroid Prime 4 will be a launch title for the console for some time (and the fact Nintendo didn't give a release date but gave everything else important out for it should be telling).
