Kinda late to the party, but since it didn't seem to be mentioned yet, lemme throw my hat in the ring on Tomodachi Life: Living The Dream for a bit, as a Mii enthusiast (also happy that they're immortalized in MKBC's Queue).
Seems like Nintendo knows how anticipated that game is, so I'm glad that of all the Switch 1 games from the March Direct to get news in the recent direct, it was that.
I am also very glad they seem to be going to great lengths to refine the gameplay from the last game, such as how you can see Miis interacting with others throughout the island, and now you can make them interact instead of relying on RNG.
I'm also looking forward to how the Mii maker options are full of new options too. All it needs is the Miitopia customization coming back, which just might be those last two tabs on the Mii Maker that we haven't seen demonstrated yet. Importing them would also be nice too, since Miitopia on the 3DS let you do that with Tomodachi Life. Makes me wonder what other cards they're holding close to them. If anything, I'm highly certain the game's gonna get its own Direct like the 3DS one did.
Aside from that, plopping an analysis thread I found for anyone else also curious.
If there's one thing I'm hoping for that's still up in the air, it's the exaggerated expressions that were only in Miitomo (if anyone remembers that). They looked like this and would definitely be right at home with Tomodachi Life's humor:
