There was a notice I believe three weeks ago that someone mentioning that Kong would soft open by the end of the month.

Combined with the statements from USHFourms echoing it, I'll put it like this. If fake money is an option, I'd place a large bet that Kong begins softs on Friday. The stars have finally seemed to align, and with those barracades now up at Camp JP; Its coming and it's coming soon.

Either way, I see walls down by Thursday. But if it doesn't open by Friday, then I agree with Sunday being the one to look for.

I assume Uni is giving the youtube/viners/etc a sneak peak so that they film it and share with their audiences. The Playlist Live people aren't Dis bloggers with a few thousand subs, it's the big leagues, which is only good for Uni. Mass Appeal.

No, but during Christmas; Skull Island goes into its holiday spectacular, with Santa Kong making his big return, since the burning of the USH Kong attraction!!!



(I'm also not joking that there was a real overlay to USH's Kong Encounter which included..Santa Kong..)

Ill just say I've heard similar opinions from those who've ridden it. Considering how highly FJ and Spider-man rank in the world, yeah...

My $0.02 is that anyone who swears there's a 100% date for softs is full of it. Sounds like there are just a hurdle or two before they can begin. If cleared then we are good for launch. So there are target dates but nothing solid. Yet. I think we'll know more Wednesday.

There's no way this is true. Maybe some attractions commissioners rode, but no regular non-attraction team members have even come close to being on this thing.

Believe what you want, but this came from a TM who spoke to TMs who rode. I don't know what level or department the TM riders were, just that they rode it yesterday as part of a soft opening.

I know they were not with Creative, just park TMs. Could have been managers or supervisors.
