Regardless if they paint the track or not, it would still have to be completely cleaned first. I finally saw the picture of the cleaned part of track and it still wasn't perfect cause if you look there looked to be a line of rust like it dripped down still. So yes, this one piece may look great, but this track would still need to be cleaned first and the repainting again.
Teebin, it is possible they have painted the supports, but maybe they did not paint the track, I don't know either way, but I'm just making the suggestion the only thing they've painted were the supports, which I'm sure get more rusted easier since a couple of them sit on top of water.
