That brickwork likely has something to do with the Triwizard Spirit Rally show, especially given its position next to Shrek. Hagrid's Hut will be further out.

Finally saw The Three Broomsticks without scaffolding it looks great! I have tons of photos on my Twitter page @b4ben666 I would post it here but...

I wonder when we will start to see the rock formation of Hogwarts. Maybe by the end of summer?

Here are those tall posts with spotlights.  They aren't so appealing themselves but will probably make for nice atmosphere.  Fingers crossed, anyway.

Thanks for the photos. They're not as bad as I thought. It kind of ruins the theming but it will make that area look great at night. :)

I think technically since this is outside the Hogsmeade arch that it's more park-themed than Hogsmeade.  It'll look great with the new Production Central plaza and work as a neutral design barrier between Hogsmeade and Springfield.

Hopefully they blend in better with the trees when they grow out more.

New offices are going up next to forbidden journey. This could also be the backstage area for all of the ride vehicles. Photo from @ryanthemepark's Twitter account

I heard that Take 5 was going to be expanded a long while ago, but that's freaking gigantic. I hope the vista is kept a bit intact!

Wow I can not even tell you guys, how many people stop by the Hogsmeade entrance consturction and smile and take a photo and say "wow harry Potter is coming!". It was really funny when a little kid got mixed up and thought it was going to be Diagon Alley and started to tell his dad about Gringotts and the dragon breathing fire.

Instagram user "octopusjohn" has posted a photo featuring skeletal frames for the rock formation under Hogwarts Castle:

For those wondering, another Instagram user (and Universal construction worker) has posted a behind-the-wall photo of the Three Broomsticks patio, but I'll be staying on the safe side by not posting that here. Essentially, the patio area looks mostly complete. A long, curved planter/divider will separate the seating area from the Studio Tour pathway and Springfield.

You guys think they could have all the walls down this summer and just have the entrance arch walled off?

I think the plan is to have the arch available for guests to take photos during summer 2015.  Similar to the JP gates when JP was being built.

That really looks like a walkway behind Broomsticks patio between the Studio Tour entrance.  Please tell me this is true for guest flow!

It sure looks like it. I wouldn't mind a nice wooded walkway.

Isn't that just the exit pathway for the Studio Tour?

No he's talking about a possible path connecting the end of Springfield with the entrance for FJ behind the 3 broomsticks.

Gotcha. I was wondering why they left a gap there. If they do use that as some sort of extended portion of Hogsmeade, it would explain why the main pathway leading from the entrance arch appears to be narrow.
