Thanks for the concern. But don't worry about me. I know it doesn't open for 14/18 months - in 2016. Just excited to watch the progress and report what I see.

Oh, wasn't referring to you or anyone here bud!!! I'm excited about the construction as well and enjoy your reporting as well! Just wanted to point it out IN GENERAL, because previously a few members thought that a ramp up in construction speed and more progress meant the opening was moved for multiple projects in the past.

No need to be snarky, Jon, I never implied that.

Kinda did. Anyways, they better have a nice hefty crane ready to put that tower up because it looks like the actual tower they have is the base. Also, wondering if tbeyre going to prefab then hoist it up or do a Japan and completely build it in steel then theme it.

Sure, let's put words in my mouth and continue to instigate the situation with little remarks and insinuations after I apologized for the misunderstanding of my short comment where i was pointing something out in a calm manner & simply wanted to ground the situation. Very mature, Daniel...

It's interesting how Orlando's Hogwarts and Hogsmeade was completely prefabricated by a special Orlando set building company and ours/Japan's has been more custom. I love seeing it built, it's half of the magic! I personally can't wait to see the rock work take form.

Be more mindful at how you word your posts in the future because that statement came off as somewhat condescending to the rest of the community.

Which, again, I quite clearly and genuinely apologized about if it came off that way, which weren't my intentions, just was looking to ground the situation, as we've had members in the past think a project will open a lot earlier if they see construction ramped up. As usual, I have a magnifying glass over my head and down my throat.

To keep this on topic, bricks are showing up on the Zonko's chimney. That means painting is basically all that needs to be done there.

Take it easy, Allen.

I know that a little criticism can hurt but we're all friends here. No one has a magnifying glass over your head and down your throat. Just letting you know how your comment felt.

Apology accepted.

Let's just leave any authoritative actions/comments to moderators, as that's what we're here for.

I can't recall, has the Zonko's/Honeydukes structure been completely enclosed yet?

Yup, enclosed with at least the black layer that comes after the yellow sheathing which means it's just getting the themed stucco that becomes the brickwork along with shingles and concrete snow.

So pretty much confirmed we are getting a outdoor roller coaster?  Or the other way around?

Yeah.  If they're building a whole Wizarding World, you'd think that they would have a smaller attraction to come with Forbidden Journey.  Are you guys certain that there will be a third attraction as well, to make each Wizarding World have its own "uniqueness?"

I hope there will be a unique third attraction, but no one knows for sure. I really hope so, but I doubt it. But I'm not too worried. Hogsmeade and Hogwarts are attractions themselves in my opinion.

No worries. My comment wasn't directed to anyone in particular.

According to Alan Gilmore, we will be getting something in our rendition of Hogsmeade to differentiate it from the others. That doesn't necessarily mean it'll be an attraction, though. Japan received the Black Lake, but that's not something you'd stand in line to see - it's just a nice addition.

I think its just on the matter of Upgrades to FJ more than a new piece to the area. Hippogriff and what HTF said as a 2.0 for FJ might be our exclusive thing.

True of that.  Alan Gilmore, a top designer at Universal Creative, sweet!  How did you find that info?  But yeah, maybe a whomping Willow with the Weasley's Flying Car would be quite awesome, although I guess they already have that on FJ.

Hate To Fly, hes apart of the OrlandoUnited Team. earlier this year, he wrote a piece on there about what FJ was going to have and that there would be a possibility of changes to other FJs. He could be wrong but usally, he gets some things correct.
