I think I read somewhere that Comcast made this commitment, but I didn't think they meant just in the park. It seemed like they were going to invest in the entire property. Make sure every square inch was developed. I bet all those empty lots outside of the USF and IOA fences will be filled up in the next 5 years. I'm waiting for them to start building over the waterways. It's such valuable space. They could build some pretty awesome restaurants/bars straddling the waterways from the hotels.
