I love how all the BTTF familiar faces are there, and then… “Male Character,” haha. And on a side not, I’m low key hoping we see more than just Biff, too—it’d be cool to see someone in costume as Griff and Mad Dog, too. Would be a fun little added touch. (Plus, I just wanna see Griff walking around in a costume based on the far future of 2015 in 2025.)

They're letting us access Courthouse Square & it's basically like Universal Plaza with Grinchmas, only BTTF characters roaming

I'm excited for them to just plan out list what is happening like at HHN soon

Also just because we are there doesn't mean there isn't a show? Coudl be music could be something with map projections on the clock tower

So sorry, I will keep asking questions until they just announce the attractions at the event

I recall that was *allegedly* proposed as part of the Nighttime Studio Tour back in 2015, but was scrapped. Looks like they will be able to resurrect this idea for Fan Fest Nights?

I wouldn't get my hopes up for something like that for a variety of safety reasons. Also.. let's NOT encourage the use of fire in Courthouse Square, it still has 2008 PTSD

Most walk around characters in the park do 30-45min sets. The highlight of this gimmick is being in Courthouse Square. With the list of characters provided, don't expect any "show", they literally say "meet the characters from the film". It's very much like the "citizens of Whoville" up in the plaza. Like Grinchmas, don't expect all characters out at the same time.

I’m honestly really wondering how this event will work

Like this “attraction” alone will take up around an hour at least to do and probably longer, so if it has even low HHN crowds..just wondering how you dropping people at court house square will work

Like the area you assume will have a capacity, so will you have like 15 mins to get to the trams or miss out on that area until enough people?

I’m pretty excited to see how this works

like will the one piece characters be random who you meet? Can you get one with all of crew? Will each have a line?

I expect Star Trek to take up a soundstage location since they're bringing in the Enterprise set.

I was doing the math as well

I hope until at least 1 AM

12 AM is going to be tight unless they let you in early to line up for stuff like HHN

Once again very interested in how they do this event...because in theory it should be like OBB at DCA with no kinda express/LL but this Is universal and can't see them not leaving money on the table....

Speaking of Universal & money, I'm very curious about the merch offerings. These IPs for the event are a gold mine. It'll be interesting if any of the merch Japan has offered up for the anime IPs will end up at Fan Fest.

Jujutsu Kaisen is the only thing at the event I don't know all about.....I saw the Prequel movie two years ago and it was good but still need to watch the series so I can enjoy the show in DWT more

I hope they don’t do Express at this. I know that’s a pipe dream, but still… this is the first time they’re ever doing this event, and I feel like if it ends up like how Express has made HHN a headache, it could do a lot of damage via guest frustration/disappointment. Assuming there’s more “houses” than just D&D to go through, long standby lines at a standstill because ops are simultaneously dealing with Express and navigating through a brand new event just doesn’t sound appealing at all.

In a perfect world, Universal would just back off the Express for this event and just let everyone get to experience it equally and establish a solid reputation in its inaugural year. They can eventually bring Express to it once the event has (potentially) solidified its identity and expanded itself in years to come. (But again, the realist in me knows money is on the table for Universal, so I’ll just hope for the best!)

I assume just hidden around the land, one on the ice area. One on the peach castle, one in the underground and so on

That or it’s a digital hunt around the park like one at each attraction for the event and you have to scan a code to collect it

Well we're getting BTTF this time... maybe next year we can cover Courthouse Square in snow

Or we can get that big pond back infront of the Courthouse & do BTTF Part II for the next FanFest event
