Yep so we have our first ride confirmed and makes sense since we have been hearing that the Nintendo stuff was basically already manufactured and ready to go.

Literally if they even announced “we’re moving dirt for our new theme park” I’d be hyped
They just got the permits for an on site cement factory-- I'd guess that's the beginning of it. Generally they are a couple of hoppers like this: 
They just got permits RENEWED for an *existing* onsite concrete plant. It's already there, they just haven't been using it yet.
That is a prime response to put together in only 9 minutes, bravo
