I think other than saying "our 3rd park rises" and some PR jargon, most of the marketing has VB labeled as a "Water Theme Park". I'm sure when the actual "Come Visit" marketing kicks in, it'll convey that it's a water park. There's always going to be those, even with the most simplest of explanations, that still get confused. If they drive up to this thinking it's not a water park, that's their fault.
