If that's who your source is sure.... but my understanding is The Bled is correct.

The Bled is referring to ride ops only...that's not merch or food service. Go to the park and see for yourself...all those extra people standing around in the stores not doing anything are Diagon employees waiting for training and basically getting nonsense shifts to make up for the delay and their lack of hours.

There are still buildings in the back missing some of there roof. They have had crews around the clock working.

It has been pointed out to me that we will be seeing more painters and workers wearing plain cloths rather than company shirts. The two women painting the lions is an example. These are recent unaffiliated freelancers hired in the big push to get things done.

Mock Service is everyone, not just ride ops. And everyone has to already be trained by mock service.

You really think it has to do with people being fed up about the opening date and not the fact that they just brought in hundreds of hourly team members to be trained?

What exactly is mock service?

Service training where some of the Potter TMs come in as guests. Some of them get special problems so the working TMs can get a chance to deal with them. A good example of a problem will be I'm sure some of them won't have a park to park ticket to get on the HE. Or won't have enough monopoly money to buy that butterbeer.

No problem. It not only helps that first day service but it's actually a great thing for the TMs when you figure most of them are going to have to work TM previews. Everyone gets at least one guest shift and they get to experience the area. They get to eat the food they "buy" but obviously don't get to keep the merchandise they "buy". (Last potter they handed out fake money for this, for the new starbucks in IOA and citywalk as well as coldstone they just handed out coupons with the item you were to order).

Look, I said what I know because I thought you all would find it helpful, not to start some debate or argue credibility. Living in Orlando for as long as I have and having kids in elementary, middle, and high school here, I know plenty of people who know what theyre talking about. I happen to know 100% that Harry Potter TMs are NOT trained yet and will not be until next week at the earliest (training, mind you, not mock service). As with anything on the Internet, take this with a grain of salt and believe what you want, Im just offering more info to the pot :thumbs:
