I'm obviously am a bigger fan of Universal than Disney. It's not that I don't like Disney but I just trust Universal more with the attractions. I think that Universal had the themed rides and lands first so they should've had the say. And honestly when it comes down to it, Disney is more kids related while Universal is more for older crowds. And obviously me being older and not a child or young teen I would rather go to Universal.

Disney buying Marvel has nothing to do with the theme park properties. It all has to do with making money. The same reason they bought Lucas. It just so happens that Universal had a Marvel property, which on the grand scale of the entirety of Disney, is just a little bleep.

Don't think I hate Disney because I don't. I just prefer Universal. Universal is not playing around by upgrading and adding tons of new attractions. That's another reason I prefer Universal, they're not slacking like Disney is with their parks right now.

I have seen their backlot. And I've seen that they are running out of open space. The last bit of space that really wasn't used much at all was where FJ sits. The space between Ripsaw and River is used as a bone yard (obviously that stuff can easily be moved to a warehouse off site). But there isn't a whole lot of space you can easily move a pyro lock down area. Or two large support structures for the parade (not to mention you'd probably want to keep those buildings near the parade. Some offices can be moved off site, but most of the ones that it's practical for are already off site. Your offices for attractions, entrance ops, security, food, merchandise, events and entertainment really shouldn't be moved off site. Your rehearsal rooms, warm up rooms and costume storage can't really be moved off site. There are huge warehouses off site, but there still needs to be a certain amount of storage onsite for food and merchandise. Tech services needs a lot of space to properly maintain all of those rides, the vehicles, and the buildings.

On the practical end there's a whole lot that goes into the operation of the theme parks that's a lot rougher then roller coaster tycoon's demo and build method.

I understand theres more to this than RCT methods of building. Im no fool when it comes to this. They have an empty plot of land next to where Cabana bay is going, there were talks of possible land being bought. But regardless of where it would go it would go somewhere if this land would be built upon and IMO it will definitely be built upon.

Ive said it before Ill say it again..where there is a will, theres always a way.

They could always do a couple additions to MIB like they have done with The Simpson especially with the recent MIB film. By doing that it will create more of an experience.

It would be good if they do improve it as at the moment it looks a bit strange on it's own. Also they definitely could improve the main ride it self as it seems very outdated and all it needs is that extra little bit so that people don't loose interest in it.

Personally I don't think I would ever lose interest in that ride but it would be nice if there was some new stuff added to the ride. Maybe some new major AA's(the villain from the 3rd movie), more spinning or smoke/light effects?...

Yeah, I will never loose interest in it too it also brings something different to the park. All I was thinking is that if it is not refurbished soon people may think it is tacky and will not bother with it. I do like the idea of the villain from the third movies as the will definitely bring something different to the ride. I also think they could do something more with the end of the ride as there is a lot of open space when compared to the start and middle bit of the ride.

That's exactly what I was thinking. I mean I like the ending but it definitely wouldn't hurt to add something else in the end.

MIB is certainly lacking and is in need of a refurb for sure. Don't think it will be happening anytime soon though.

But I do admit that I never wouldve guessed Disaster would be getting refurbed before this.

Well considering MIB is a great ride and Disaster is the only bad ride at Universal I would've thought that.

I think that MiB can't hold a land of its own. They should rather make a Sci-Fi land surrounding it I guess

If there is a Universe where I consider MIB "lacking", I do not live in it.

It's the best ride of its kind on the planet.

Disaster is bad? News to me. Rather go on it than ANY of the shows on property save for Horror Make Up.
