I also think the Tower rooms open into a hallway, hotel style. The motel style buildings, which surround the larger pool, have doors that open to the outside.

I stayed on the ground floor Sapphire Falls side when they were using heavy equipment across the street and was not disturbed in the least by noise. I have stayed in the towers several times and was bothered by the noise from the guests each time. I have not stayed since VB began the heavy work they are doing now but most people are out of their room during the day when the noise is happening. They do knock off at a reasonable hour.

Cabana actually has Hertz on site with a desk in the lobby next to the bell hop

@kingcooger I believe they're comparable to regular Hertz rates but you may be able to work something out in person to where you can get a deal for a "random" car.
