If Manta is anything to go by, this should be exactly the time track arrives and goes up. Johnnyupsidedown's Sept. 20th update first showed vertical construction.

Edit: SheiKra was a bit later, however. It's track went up in early November.

Yeah this whole project will be interesting to watch. Sheikra and Manta shot up very quickly. I also think that it has to do with the fact that contractors down here have a lot of experience with B&M coasters. Lets hope the Intamin process also goes quickly and very smoothly.

Yeah, Manta went up without a hitch. SheiKra though had a small problem with the 200 ft high carousel, if I remember correctly. But that was a minor delay. Even though I probably won't be riding this until next winter, I want it to be a smooth process. Busch Gardens nees some good press.

Yeah but it's just strange, you never really have two coasters in one park with the exact same concept

Well, Kings Island did have the Beast, the Beastie and Son of the Beast so never say never.

I just wish BGT would have gone with B & M again.

I am going this Saturday and will *try* to get pictures from Crown Colony and other areas if possible. No promises, though :)

I am praying with you JJ.
At the same time I think we can be safe to say, that we don't need to pray for that, as it is going to happen anyway.

The marketing talk is identical to what they used for Manta
"We can tell you it'll be a one-of-a-kind experience, combining up-close and immersive animal encounters and incredible, world-class thrill ride adventures"

That's an awesome video and got me thinking of just what they could do to make this a one-of-a-kind attraction.

I'm thinking maybe we won't see the animals in the queue but maybe on the ride similar to Montu with the alligators years ago. If there really are multiple launch sections, we'll probably be having several stops as well. Maybe at these moments, we will have animals on each side of us, safely of course.

Manta already has an animal queue and I can't see Busch Gardens taking the idea with SeaWorld just an hour away. :

I hope we see both actually. Combining a decent storyline like Uni or Disney with the animals of Busch and SWO might make this the best experience we've had yet. animals in the queue can help guide us into the snimals on the ride. Just an idea. And, "accelerate your curiosity"? Also, there were many species in that little flash of animals on the dirt pile. Hmmm.Quite a tease I think.

It's not taking the idea when they are operated by the same company.

I was there this weekend, there was nothing new... There wasn't any track in Adventure Islands's over-flow.

I know but what I'm trying to say is that I think they would be more creative than to use their latest queue design again already. Who knows though. It's not like I dislike Manta's queue.

I wish parks would do this more often, I have a new found respect for BGT and their PR department. This is shaping up to be another amazing roller coaster from BGT.

But it's such an amazing queue design, it would only make sense to use it again for a similar concept. It's not like it's the same park.

Yeah, you've got a good point. It wouldn't really be the same either because it would be land animals instead which could be extremely interesting for a queue.
