Menchies, Cold Stone and Hot Dog Hall of Fame are all pre-existing as well. I am hoping the Menchies will include Pinapple Dole Whip as a regular choice.

Thanks, I should have remembered Cold Stone. I was under the impression that this HDHoF was new and independent. Menchies: What a horrid name. It sounds like some disease or critter one would catch in their nether regions: "Oh gosh, I have gone and caught the menchies again, and I have a date tomorrow!"

To be fair, there's only one HDHoF and two Cowfishes.

I really liked the story of how Woodbury and his wife visited Charlotte, ate at Cowfish, and just asked them if they'd like to come to Orlando. A small business' dream.

Weird name and branding characters, but I enjoy visiting my local store. I think it'll be a nice addition and better than Cold Stone for a cold treat on a hot day since its not as heavy.

Hot Dog Hall of Fame was developed and is operated by Schussler Creative, so it is not really a small business that was found the same way as Cowfish.

Interesting to see the way Brick Oven's roof was built so far out. Are they putting a patio on that portion or building out? Honest question.

As for the comments that Universal CityWalk needs to represent every type of cuisine, not really. This isn't World Showcase here. There's a great variety already and these are just going to take it to the next level. Plus, there's great gourmet Asian just a short walk, boat ride, or drive away at Royal Pacific with Emeril's Tchoup Chop. And I think Hard Rock Cafe actually has fantastic BBQ.

The common sense in me says to hell with the world cuisine. The human appeal in me says rip out whatever you need to in order to put a 4Rivers in.
